Що робити
- Managing the development of game mechanics and content in accordance with the overall concept of the game;
- Being responsible for results;
- Developing and improving the project’s metagame based on collected statistics and analysis;
- Developing and improving the in-game economy and monetization;
- Calculating balance sheets and analyzing game statistics;
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer;
- Good understanding of the game market in the WEB3 and P2E segments;
- Strong STEM background;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and similar tools;
- A portfolio of at least two launched projects, with experience working on them as a Game Designer;
