Our Customer: A financial services company in the online trading market.
Your Tasks:
Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines
Integrate data from trading, CRM, payment and financial systems
Design and maintain data warehouse models
Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, views and functions
Prepare datasets for Power BI reports
Implement data validation, reconciliation and monitoring
Troubleshoot data issues in development and production environments
Required Experience and Skills:
2+ years of experience in Data Engineering, BI, Data Analytics Engineering or a similar role
1+ years of experience with Power BI or a comparable BI platform
Strong command of SQL, including complex queries, window functions and query optimisation
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
Hands-on experience with relational databases
Hands-on experience with data warehouse solutions
Working knowledge of data modelling, including star schema, fact and dimension tables
Hands-on experience with stored procedures, views and functions
Hands-on experience with SQL Server, SSIS or SSAS
Solid understanding of data quality, validation and reconciliation practices
Proven ability to troubleshoot data issues in development and production environments
Strong communication skills
English — Upper-Intermediate
Would Be a Plus:
Experience in forex, CFD, brokerage, fintech, banking or payments
Familiarity with trading-related data
Experience with MetaTrader 4/5
Experience with CRM platforms
Experience with payment providers
Experience with liquidity and market-data sources
Hands-on experience with Python for data processing or automation
Experience with Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or Snowflake
Working conditions:
5-day working week, 8-hour working day;
