Your project:
MonoBoost is an Appflame mobile app that helps people find and cancel unwanted subscriptions and keep their personal finances under control. It’s already available on the App Store and Google Play and has gathered over 100,000 users.
We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join a small, ambitious team of 4 designers and 2 creative marketers. You’ll have a direct impact on growth and a clear path to owning a direction.
You will:
Develop creative concepts and test hypotheses for Meta, AppLovin, and Google Ads.
Work with different funnels: web2app, web2web, and app direct.
Research competitors, trends, and new creative approaches.
Create clear briefs for designers and motion designers, coordinate production, and give feedback.
Produce static and interactive creatives end-to-end with AI tools.
Analyze creative performance, find growth opportunities, and optimize results.
Iterate on winning creatives and scale successful concepts.
Over time, improve and automate creative workflows within the team.
We’ll have a match if you:
2+ years of experience in creative or performance marketing in a product company.
Strong understanding of ad creatives for Meta, AppLovin, and Google Ads, especially video.
Experience running the full creative testing cycle on your own: from idea and brief to results and the next iteration.
Analytical mindset and the ability to work with key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPP, etc.) and understand how they affect each other.
Hands-on experience with AI tools for ideation and creative production.
Creative thinking, strong briefing skills, and the ability to generate fresh ideas.
Proactivity, structured thinking, and the ability to switch between tasks quickly without losing quality.
Will be an advantage:
Experience with subscription-based products, fintech, or utility apps.
Experience with web2app funnels.
Experience with playable and interactive ads.
Experience building or automating workflows.
Understanding of the US audience.
