Що робити
- ● Perform business analysis activities throughout the full software development lifecycle;
- ● Conduct Discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, domain research, requirements elicitation, solution definition, and MVP scope identification;
- ● Identify and clarify business needs, opportunities, and challenges with stakeholders;
- ● Prepare and maintain clear, structured, and comprehensive documentation;
- ● Facilitate requirement validation sessions with stakeholders and the delivery team;
Що очікуємо
- ● 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, preferably across at least two business domains;
- ● Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and key BA processes;
- ● Hands-on experience conducting Discovery phases;
- ● Ability to explore and analyze the market, domain, and evolving system to provide valuable context-specific insights;
- ● Strong skills in stakeholder management, including expectation setting, negotiation, and relationship building;
