- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Creatio-based solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes, define AS-IS and TO-BE models, and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Transform business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Define and document Creatio business processes, workflows, entities, system behavior, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with Creatio developers and QA engineers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
