We are Alba Talent (albatalent.io). We run cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach for B2B clients. We have never run Meta or Facebook ads before. This is a real, from-zero build, and you would own it end to end. If it works, it becomes one of our main lead channels, and your role and budget grow with your results.
Your daily tasks:
1. Set up our first Meta Ads account and pixel.
2. Build our first audiences and campaigns from scratch.
3. Test, optimize, and report results every week.
4. Manage budget carefully and report real numbers: cost per lead, results, spend.
What we need from you:
- Real experience building a Meta Ads account from zero, not just optimizing an account someone else built. You can explain your real starting budget and real cost-per-lead from a self-built account.
- Comfortable working with a new brand with no ad history.
Pay: $6-10 per hour, based on experience. Strong applications with real proof get the higher rate. As the channel proves out, this role and the pay grow with it.
