Spendbase is a global Fintech company helping tech companies control and optimize spend across SaaS, Cloud services, and Payments.
Our products are growing fast, so we’re looking for a designer to join the team — someone who’ll take on part of the work across our websites: developing them, sharpening the graphics, and helping our brands speak louder.
What you’ll do: Core (≈70% of the role): — Develop and improve our product websites, new sections, refreshes, UX improvements, better hero visuals, cleaner layouts — Gradually raise the quality bar across existing brands and product touchpoints — Design landing pages for marketing campaigns and A/B tests — Create sales materials: client and partner presentations, one-pagers, sales decks — Actively use AI tools in daily work to accelerate and scale output
Additional: — Present concepts to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate — without losing brand consistency — Create ad creatives for performance campaigns and materials for conferences and events — Сontribute to visual identity work for new products
What we’re looking for: — 2-4 years in digital / marketing / web design — Strong portfolio with websites, landing pages — Confident in Figma, Adobe CC — AI tools in daily workflow — Strong visual sense: composition, typography, hierarchy, attention to detail — Understanding of web UX and conversion basics: mobile-first, CTA, clear flow — Brand thinking: can work within existing brand systems, develop them, and keep consistency across touchpoints — Self-driven, comfortable in fast iterations — English B2 is a must
Nice to have: — Motion/animation basics (Lottie, CSS, After Effects) — Experience contributing to identity for new products
