Що робити

  • Owning and driving the company's lead generation and general marketing strategy;
  • Delivering consistent quarter-over-quarter growth in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL);
  • Building, optimizing, and scaling acquisition channels;
  • Continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and acquisition efficiency;
  • Identifying and launching new growth opportunities, analyzing competitors, customer needs;

Що очікуємо

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing within IT, SaaS, software development, or technology companies;
  • Proven track record of increasing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and building predictable lead generation processes.
  • Strong understanding and experience in B2B customer acquisition strategies across inbound and outbound marketing channels.
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple acquisition channels, including freelance channels, content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, partnerships, webinars, and events.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to identify opportunities and optimize marketing performance;
