We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who understands how B2B IT services are bought, and can build channels that bring us qualified leads, not just likes. This role will combine marketing for services and product marketing.
What you’ll do
Build and run the marketing plan for our outsourcing and outstaffing services
Have a chance to grow product marketing from scratch
Create content that sells: case studies, articles, landing pages, and presentations, together with our engineers
Launch lead magnets and campaigns: paid ads, email, events
Support the website and SEO, and track traffic and conversions
Work closely with sales and lead generation, and measure which channels bring meetings and deals
You’ll be a good fit if you have
1+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in IT services
English B2+ and strong writing skills
Understanding of B2B funnels, from the first touch to a sales call
Hands-on experience with analytics and ads: GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Meta Ads
Proactive mindset and ownership
Will be a plus:
Experience marketing an outsource / outstaff company
Basic design skills (Figma, Canva)
Experience using AI tools for content and automation
