We are looking for an AI Content & SMM Manager to develop and scale our social media presence, manage multi-platform content production, and build AI-powered solutions for marketing and media operations.
This role combines social media management, content strategy, AI-driven content production, automation, and team coordination.
You will be responsible for managing multiple social media channels, developing content funnels, implementing AI tools and workflows, and coordinating content production at scale. You will also have the opportunity to work with AI influencers, virtual characters, and automated community engagement solutions.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Manage and grow online communities across social media platforms, messengers, and other digital channels.
Develop and manage content calendars and publishing strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, and other platforms.
Build and optimize social media content funnels to attract, engage, and convert audiences.
Organize and manage large-scale content production, including planning, task delegation, production workflows, and publishing schedules.
Build and develop AI infrastructure for SMM and media operations.
Organize AI-powered content production workflows, including text, image, video, scripts, creatives, and UGC-style content generation.
Implement AI tools and automation systems to scale content production.
Work with AI bots and chatbots for community management, audience engagement, user nurturing, moderation, and communication automation.
Create and develop AI influencers and virtual characters for brand promotion across social media platforms.
Develop positioning, tone of voice, visual identity, and content strategies for AI influencers.
Prepare briefs, task descriptions, creative references, prompts, and content guidelines for internal teams, freelancers, and AI systems.
Coordinate external contractors, including designers, copywriters, video editors, AI specialists, prompt engineers, and motion designers.
Monitor deadlines, production quality, and brand consistency.
Analyze content performance, social media metrics, AI-driven funnels, and marketing activities.
Optimize content strategies and production workflows based on analytics, performance data, and testing results.
Monitor trends in social media, AI-generated content, AI influencers, chatbots, automation, and digital media.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:
At least 1 year of experience as an SMM Manager, Media Manager, Content Manager, AI Content Manager, or in a similar role.
Experience managing multiple social media platforms and handling large volumes of content.
Understanding of content strategies, content calendars, and social media funnels.
Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and scaling.
Experience building or contributing to AI-powered infrastructure for marketing, SMM, or media operations.
Understanding of AI content production workflows and large-scale content generation processes.
Practical experience working with AI-generated text, images, videos, or other creative assets.
Experience with AI bots, chatbots, or automated communication systems.
Understanding of prompt engineering and the ability to create effective prompts, workflows, and content generation pipelines.
Experience coordinating external contractors and creative production teams.
Understanding of key social media metrics: reach, engagement rate, CTR, conversion rate, retention, and audience growth.
Ability to analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on data.
Good understanding of trends in AI, social media, digital media, influencer marketing, and content automation.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Attention to detail, creativity, and a structured approach to work.
