Marketing Operations & Analytics: Keep HubSpot CRM data clean and consistent (lead sources, lifecycle stages, event leads), support a smooth MQL-to-SQL handoff to Business Development, and coordinate funnel reporting (MQLs, SQLs, CPL) with BD analysts and our agency partner. Keep marketing workflows organized and transparent in Jira/Confluence.
Sales & Business Development Enablement: Co-create pitch decks, solution briefs, one-pagers, and value cards. Build structured enablement kits to rapidly onboard incoming Business Development Managers.
Field & Event Marketing: Autonomously manage end-to-end preparations for international B2B tech conferences, including pre-event ABM warm-up campaigns, field logistics/materials, and post-event lead nurture workflows.
Thought Leadership Program Support: Onboard new technical leaders as content contributors and coordinate the review pipeline between R&D experts, writers, and design teams.
Campaign Execution: Oversee lead nurture flows and alignment across buyer journeys in core IoT, AI, and embedded hardware verticals.

3+ years of B2B marketing experience within IT outsourcing, software engineering, SaaS, or high-tech sectors.
Proven track record in B2B Sales Enablement (creating structured pitch decks, solution briefs, and factsheets).
End-to-end B2B Event Management experience (pre/post-event ABM strategies, field collateral coordination for international conferences).
Hands-on experience with a B2B MarTech stack: HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay), event platforms and lead capture apps, and presentation tools (Google Slides/PowerPoint, Figma).
Familiarity with Jira/Confluence.

Hands-on experience building automated lead nurture sequences and workflows in HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Experience supporting Thought Leadership projects or onboarding internal technical experts.
Domain expertise in AI, IoT, Computer Vision, or Embedded Systems.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage changing priorities and resolve bottlenecks.
