Що робити
- Develop and implement the B2B marketing strategy aligned with business and Sales goals.
- Build and optimize the lead generation funnel from cold lead to MQL, SQL, Opportunity, and Won.
- Define and develop ICP, audience segmentation, personalized campaigns, and customer journeys.
- Drive inbound and direct lead generation across relevant marketing channels.
- Work closely with Sales to improve pipeline generation, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in Tech / IT / SaaS.
- Strong expertise in lead generation, demand generation, and marketing funnels, with a focus on pipeline and revenue growth.
- Solid understanding of ABM, ICP, audience segmentation, and personalization.
- Experience with cross-channel marketing: email, content, social media, events and SEO.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with experience measuring marketing ROI, attribution and conversion rates.
