We are looking for an experienced Marketing Finance Specialist to take ownership of financial operations within our media buying department.In this role, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain transparency across multiple media buying teams, and help build scalable financial processes. You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations, manage large advertising budgets across European GEOs, and contribute to automating workflows that improve efficiency and control.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Perform weekly and monthly reconciliation of expenses across media buying teams
Analyze agency expenses, identify discrepancies, and resolve financial issues
Request payouts from affiliate programs and maintain salary/payment registers
Process contractor payments and calculate team bonuses• Calculate deposit amounts on a weekly, 14-day, and 28-day basis
Monitor balances across payment accounts and advertising platforms• Collect, verify, and track recurring payments (subscriptions, software, services)
Maintain and update DDS, P&L, and Cash Flow statements for the department
Prepare financial reports and reconciliations for affiliate partners• Build and maintain clear financial documentation, spreadsheets, and internal procedures
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Google Apps Script, JavaScript, AI tools, and Claude
Support the continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting accuracy
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
1–2+ years of experience in operational finance, accounting, financial controlling, or financial operations on media buying teams
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data imports)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of Google Apps Script or JavaScript will be a strong advantage
Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing is a plus
