Що робити

Own and improve marketing analytics across a portfolio of iGaming companies, with focus on acquisition, player behavior, traffic quality, LTV, churn, retention, reactivation, payback, and unit economics.
Analyze marketing performance across GEOs, channels, affiliates, campaigns, and player segments to identify growth opportunities, inefficient spend, suspicious traffic patterns, and weak funnel points.
Build reusable analytical frameworks, dashboards, alerts, SQL/Python workflows, and models that help teams make faster and more consistent marketing decisions.
Develop and improve LTV, churn, cohort, retention, reactivation, segmentation, payback, and traffic quality analysis.
Identify recurring analytical tasks and automate them using AI tools, LLMs, agents, scripts, and data workflows.

5+ years in data analytics / data science / marketing analytics.
Strong hands-on experience in iGaming, sports betting, online casino, or a closely related high-volume performance marketing environment. Operator-side experience only (no agencies/vendors).
Deep understanding of iGaming marketing funnels: View2Reg, Reg2Dep, FTD2RD, deposits, repeat deposits, retention, reactivation, GGR, NGR, CAC, LTV, ARPU, churn, payback.
Strong SQL and Python skills.
Proven experience with LTV, churn, cohort, retention, reactivation, segmentation, propensity, or traffic quality models.
