Your mission
As Market Research Specialist (Lead Gen) at Daos Hub, your mission is to identify and deliver high-quality leads that fuel our sales pipeline and support business growth across the MENA region.
You will research target markets, identify potential clients, and help the sales team focus on the right opportunities across Web3, AI, fintech, and related industries. Your goal is not just to generate leads, but to find relevant prospects that match our ideal customer profiles and have real business potential.
How You’ll Contribute
Research the Web3, AI, and fintech markets across the MENA region to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Generate qualified leads and add them to the sales pipeline.
Identify relevant companies and decision-makers based on our ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
Manage the first stage of the sales pipeline and ensure leads meet quality criteria.
Keep HubSpot CRM accurate, organized, and up to date.
Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation with business goals and conversion rates.
Propose new tools, channels, and approaches to improve lead generation.Monitor lead quality and continuously improve research and qualification processes.
What You Bring
1+ year of practical experience in lead generation, market research, sales, or business development.
Strong research skills and the ability to identify relevant leads, not just compile bulk lists.
Experience working with CRM systems; HubSpot is a plus.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach.
Proactive attitude and ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
Professional proficiency in English.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to have
Knowledge of the MENA market.
Experience in Web3, AI, fintech, IT, or event management.
Familiarity with data analytics and lead qualification tools
