Що робити

Review legal aspects of advertising, digital products, online services, and commercial partners
Provide practical legal advice to business teams on commercial operations, contractual risks, and international business activities.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including service agreements, NDAs, B2B contracts, partnership agreements, and agreements with vendors and agencies.
Legal support for mobile apps (ToS, Privacy, app account verification, store audits).
Assist with compliance-related matters, including data protection, KYC, AML, and internal policies, in cooperation with relevant specialists.

Що очікуємо

2-3+ years of relevant legal experience in a private-sector commercial environment, either in-house or in a law firm advising business clients.
Practical experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
Experience working with international agreements, cross-border business matters, or foreign counterparties.
Ability to assess legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders or corporate clients.
