Що робити
- Provide day-to-day legal support to internal teams across commercial, corporate, regulatory, and operational matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts in Ukrainian and English, including:
- NDAs, MSAs, SaaS and licensing agreements
- supplier, manufacturing, and distribution contracts
- R&D and technology transfer agreements
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of relevant legal experience in a law firm, in-house legal team, or consultancy in Ukraine.
- Ukrainian legal qualification; advokat status or LL.M. is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial law, and corporate law of Ukraine, including practical experience with cross-border transactions.
- Solid understanding of at least one of the following: defence procurement, export control / dual-use regulation, data protection, or IP law.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in Ukrainian and English.
