Що робити
- Advise on a broad range of legal matters related to commercial contracts, negotiations, and associated legal and regulatory risks;
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of fintech and commercial agreements, including MSAs, SLAs, gateway and payment processing agreements, merchant service agreements, IP licensing and assignment agreements, and partnership, agency, and marketing agreements;
- Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence and coordinate AML/KYC assessments for prospective partners, merchants, vendors, and counterparties prior to onboarding and contract execution, including verification of corporate structures, Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs), sources of funds, and sanctions screenings (OFAC, EU, UK, and UN lists);
- Assess licensing requirements, regulatory status, and the legality of local operations across multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliant onboarding;
- Support compliance initiatives related to PSD2, AML/CTF regulations, and Visa and Mastercard card scheme rules;
Що очікуємо
- At least 3 years of professional legal experience in IT, fintech, corporate, or international commercial law;
- Prior experience in a fintech, payments, e-commerce, or iGaming company is highly desirable;
- Strong knowledge of English and EU l
