Що робити
- Develop and refine contract concepts and templates used across the business, adapting them as the company grows into new markets.
- Act as an internal legal advisor across a range of topics: contracts, corporate matters, compliance, and other legal questions as they arise.
- Monitor relevant legislation and regulatory developments to keep the company’s practices aligned with current legal standards.
- Assess legal risk in day-to-day business decisions and propose practical, workable solutions.
- Build and maintain internal legal documentation, guidance, and knowledge resources.
Що очікуємо
- Strong legal background with hands-on experience in contract law, corporate law, or general business legal advisory.
- Ability to translate legal analysis into clear, practical guidance for business stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to build deep expertise in Dutch legislation on the job.
- Comfortable moving beyond research into advisory and decision-making work.
- Ability to work independently, structure ambiguous legal questions, and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
