Що робити
- Proactive participation in making architectural decisions;
- Researching, designing, and implementing components based on specified requirements;
- Developing new functionality in accordance with best OOD practices;
- Leading other developers, collaborating with project managers and QA engineers;
- Communication with the client.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of commercial experience with the .NET platform;
- Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and managing an engineering team, as well as successfully implementing software development best practices;
- Experience using modern AI tools to optimize testing processes and boost daily productivity;
- Knowledge of and experience working with AI code assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE) and conversational AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude);
- Experience working with C#, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, MS SQL Server;
