- Own QA strategy and roadmap across the multi application estate.
- Embed in one pod for hands on testing alongside the strategic remit.
- Define QA governance: standards, Ready for QA and Done criteria, release gates, sign off.
- Lead and mentor QAs across pods; ensure consistent practice.
- Design and own the regression framework and execution cadence.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of commercial QA experience, including a Lead role.
- Proven experience setting up QA processes from scratch in pod or squad based teams.
- Hands on testing of web and mobile (iOS and Android).
- Experience defining regression strategy across multiple interconnected applications.
- Experience leading or mentoring a distributed QA team across more than one stream.
