Main requirements
We are looking for a QA Lead to head a newly expanding QA function for an in-flight retail product used by airlines. The specialist will define QA processes, coordinate Manual and Automation QA engineers, and ensure product quality across all components. Domain experience in retail or aviation is a plus but not a strict requirement.

Experience leading or coordinating a QA team or QA function
Strong experience with both manual and automated testing
Experience defining QA processes, test strategies, and quality standards
Experience with test planning and coverage management across multiple product components
Strong experience with Jira for test case and defect management
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (2-week sprints, backlog refinement)
Strong communication skills with developers, product managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
