Lead the technical design and development of robust, scalable, secure, and maintainable Java-based enterprise applications and services.
Drive the implementation of advanced Java and Spring Boot solutions, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices and high-quality coding standards.
Provide technical leadership to the development team, supporting engineers in solving complex technical challenges and making effective implementation decisions.
Lead technical design discussions for new features, services, integrations, and system enhancements.
Oversee the planning, technical decomposition, and delivery of complex software features within an Agile development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.

Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Java, including strong knowledge of core Java, multithreading, concurrency, collections, JVM concepts, and modern language features.
Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot for developing scalable enterprise applications, backend services, and APIs.
Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles, including microservices, distributed systems, RESTful services, design patterns, and scalable application design.
Proven experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs and enterprise backend services.
Extensive experience operating within public cloud environments, particularly Azure, for deploying and managing enterprise applications.
