Що робити
- Search for and qualify leads on Upwork across multiple ICPs (ideal customer profiles).
- Monitor the platform and track new projects and requests as they come in.
- Manage the pipeline in the CRM: segmentation and basic reporting.
- Monitor Upwork’s algorithm and optimize the profile weekly in response.
- Keep track of platform updates and changes.
Що очікуємо
- Experience with Upwork — basic is fine, as long as you understand how the platform works.
- An analytical mindset: you enjoy numbers and tracking results.
- English — B1+ level.
- Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work.
