Що робити

Build our lead and marketing database from scratch and keep it clean and useful;
Set up AI-powered workflows to research, qualify and enrich leads;
Work with the board and sales team to define who our ideal customers are;
Launch and run multichannel campaigns across LinkedIn, email and paid ads;
Turn warm conversations into meetings and hand qualified leads over to sales;

Що очікуємо

2+ years in lead generation, SDR, growth or performance marketing;
Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper and HubSpot (or similar);
Experience creating AI and automation and workflows;
A data-driven mindset and the habit of taking ownership;
Confident written and spoken English (B2 level or above);
