🔥 What We’re Looking For
Responsibility for generating and managing the flow of potential clients on the Upwork platform;
Developing and implementing strategies for attracting new clients using effective lead-generation methods;
Setting up calls with leads and the sales manager;
Communicating with leads up to the contract stage;
Collaborating with other departments of the company to optimize the lead generation process;
Creating personalized and effective cover letters;
Negotiating and identifying client needs;
Keeping track of potential clients and active projects in the CRM system;
English B2 for writing attractive messages.

Working time: Monday-Friday, 9 am — 6 pm (Kyiv time)
Remote work
Fair pay (fixed + bonuses for successful deals)
