Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Upwork bidding experience
Strong proposal writing, bidding, and lead generation skills
Understanding of IT outsourcing and outstaffing business models
Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and client conversion skills
Ability to understand technical project requirements and client needs
Experience communicating with international clients through chat, calls, and online meetings
