We are expanding and seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative//Lead Generation Manager to enhance our outbound sales efforts.
What you’ll do:
Research and identify new potential customers based on ICPs and target segments
Work with LinkedIn and other outbound channels to reach decision-makers
Build multistep outreach sequences (connect → warm-up → pitch → follow-up)
Use LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper) to grow pipeline and create meaningful conversations
Use automation and AI tools to speed up lead generation and routine tasks
Qualify prospects and pass warm leads to the sales team
Monitor market trends, competitors, and relevant buying signals
You’ll be a good fit if you have:
Proven track record in outbound sales or lead generation
Strong experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and LinkedHelper
Experience with automation tools (Zapier) and with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive)
Understanding of B2B sales cycles and the IT services market
B1+ English (written + understanding of business communication)
Attention to detail, persistence, and structured communication
Proactivity, independence, and willingness to experiment
Nice to have:
Experience with email outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist)
Basic understanding of CAC, funnel stages, SQL/MQL
Experience working with US/EU markets
