Що робити

lead the engineering software team and provide technical direction
act as a key partner to local leadership and contribute to strategic decisions
define and drive the technical vision and future architecture for company solutions that are being developed in Ukraine
collaborate with company engineering leadership and cross-functional teams
contribute to the product roadmap and identify opportunities where the UA team can deliver unique value

Що очікуємо

7+ years of commercial experience with C/C++
engineering leadership experience (tech lead / team lead)
experience in system design (embedded systems, distributed systems, hardware—software integration)
strong understanding of embedded systems and ability to work on R&D-driven tasks
strong communication skills and proactive, solution-oriented mindset
