As we scale, we want to give our Team Leads and Managers a solid, practical foundation in leadership, balancing business metrics with creative flexibility and team well-being. We're looking for a hands-on L&D Specialist or Trainer for a project-based engagement to design and deliver a custom training program for our managers.
Core topics to cover:
The Manager’s Role: Moving from "doing" to "leading," balancing control vs. autonomy, and managing burn-out in deadline-driven, high-creative niches.
Hiring & Onboarding: Assessing soft skills, evaluating "culture fit," and guiding smooth 30-60-90 day plans.
Performance & 1-on-1s: Goal-setting (KPIs/OKRs), running actionable 1-on-1s, and giving constructive feedback without dampening motivation.
Team Dynamics: Bridging communication between technical and creative roles, navigating conflict, and running effective async/sync meetings.

What We’re Looking For:
Real-world experience: Proven L&D/HR background with an understanding of Digital, SEO, Gaming, or Agency environments.
Adaptability: Ability to dive into our actual workflows and build scenario-based workshops (no generic lectures).
Practical deliverables: Interactive sessions that leave managers with plug-and-play frameworks, checklists, and templates.
