Що робити

• Review and verify corporate documentation (e.g. incorporation docs, UBOs, corporate structure);
• Collaboration and coordination: work closely with other departments (e.g., commercial, legal, support, financial) to ensure a cohesive approach to Compliance;
• Conduct thorough KYB reviews of new and existing customers in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies, prepare internal customer assessments and reports;
• Communicate with the client to clarify or collect missing information;
• Perform CDD/EDD processes, use KYC provider and internal tools for screening and due diligence (e.g., sanctions, PEPs, adverse media);
