- Identify candidate profiles that match defined position requirements.
- Review resumes and professional profiles based on established criteria.
- Conduct basic Boolean and keyword searches.
- Build and maintain candidate lists and talent pipelines.

- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, research, sales, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to research and identify relevant information online.
- Good written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Previous internship or work experience in recruitment or HR.
- Basic knowledge of Boolean search.
- Experience using LinkedIn for candidate or professional research.
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment CRM systems.
- Interest in technical and IT recruitment.
