You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have:
Up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, coordination, or a people-facing role (internships and student projects count)
English B2 minimum — B2+ and above preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
Candidate-first mindset and high sense of confidentiality
Proactive and curious — you ask questions, follow up, and take initiative within your area of responsibility
Comfortable working in a multicultural, fully remote environment
Nice to Have
Background in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, linguistics, or a related field
Experience with data, research, or analytics
Familiarity with any ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience hiring for tech roles
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) in a work context
Familiarity with Boolean search, X-ray sourcing, and other sourcing techniques

What You’ll Be Doing
Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
Build and maintain talent pools for current and future tech roles
Support salary benchmarking and market research
Review profiles and run pre-screening calls to assess skills, experience, and motivation
Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with hiring managers
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and calibrate on candidates
Handle job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communications
Ensure every candidate has a smooth, positive experience — clear communication, timely feedback
Help document recruiting processes and workflows as the team grows
Take ownership of assigned roles and contribute to team improvements
