Що робити
- Manage ongoing projects in outstaff and project-based formats.
- Plan and track project scope, timelines, budget, resources, and deliverables.
- Manage project risks and proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Communicate with clients, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders informed about project progress.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, including hardware engineers, software engineers, PCB designers, DevOps, QA, and data analysts.
Що очікуємо
- 1.5+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to work with project constraints, including scope, timelines, budget, and resources.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations, negotiate, resolve conflicts, and coordinate teams.
