Spendbase is a fintech SaaS helping companies take control of their business spending — SaaS subscriptions, Cloud costs, and corporate payments, all in one place. With over 200 people in the team, we’re continuing to scale globally and we are building a product that finance and IT teams love.
We’re looking for a highly proactive Junior Sales Representative to help us expand the Banking vertical. You’ll work closely with Senior Sales and leadership to generate leads, run outbound campaigns, and grow into a full-cycle Account Executive as you master the fintech SaaS market.
What you’ll do:
Build pipeline from scratch — identify and approach the right companies
Run daily outbound campaigns using cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to connect with key decision-makers
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand clients’ spend challenges, tooling, and buying processes
Assist Senior Sales in preparing and delivering tailored product demos to senior stakeholders
Track pipeline health, activity metrics, and deal progress accurately in CRM
Actively learn about the fintech market, adapt to field feedback, and continuously develop your pitching skills
What we’re looking for:
1+ year of B2B sales experience in Fintech (SDR, BDR, etc)
Proactive approach — you build your pipeline
Strong communication skills — comfortable reaching out to and speaking with senior stakeholders
Eagerness to learn complex SaaS spend management and multi-stakeholder sales processes
C1/C2 English is a must and other languages will be very valued
Nice to have:
Experience with Sales Navigator and outbound automation tools
Experience with Hubspot
Early-stage startup experience
Proactive attitude — ideas are always welcome
