We’re looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative to support our outbound activities and help keep our lead generation process running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, staying organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You’ll work closely with our Senior SDR and Sales team, taking ownership of operational tasks that directly contribute to business development.
What you’ll do
Support active outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and email
Communicate with prospects through written follow-ups and responses
Collect and validate contacts based on predefined ICPs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM
Track campaign statistics and keep reports updated
Work with spreadsheets, documents, and AI tools to improve productivity
Help ensure that every lead and follow-up is handled on time
What we’re looking for
Have 0.5+ years of relevant experience (we can consider another role involving CRM and structured communication)
Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) will be a plus but is not a must
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Confidence working with Google Sheets / Excel and documents
Thoughtful use of GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) in daily work
Upper-Intermediate (B2) written English or higher
Basic understanding of the IT industry and common software development terminology
