Що робити
- Coordinate resource allocation activities and maintain an accurate view of engineer availability, allocation, seniority, and skills.
- Monitor bench, upcoming roll-offs, staffing gaps, and allocation changes, ensuring engineers have clear next steps.
- Identify staffing risks, including over-allocation and resource gaps, and escalate complex or high-impact situations when needed.
- Partner with Delivery and Sales Managers on project staffing, resource availability, and staffing feasibility for new opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain engineer CVs and staffing materials, and support engineers during client interview and staffing processes.
