Що робити

Project Planning and Execution: Create, maintain, and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Budget and Timeline Tracking: Monitor and track project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to planned expenditures and schedules. Provide timely updates on financial and scheduling variances.
Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, progress, risks, and milestones with internal and external stakeholders. Conduct regular meetings and present detailed customer and internal reports on project performance.
Resource Management: Allocate and optimize resources based on project needs and collaborate with HR and department for resource planning and performance feedback.
Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Track team performance, identify roadblocks, and facilitate issue resolution.

Experience: 1+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or similar roles. Experience with software development or IT projects would be a plus.
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, cost, and quality, and deliver successful projects end-to-end.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
English Level: B2 or higher, with strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
Technical Understanding: Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, as well as software development life cycle concepts.
