Marketing Calendar Management: Own and maintain the detailed marketing campaign calendar, ensuring all activities, deadlines, and deliverables are accurately tracked and up to date.
Campaign Material Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and follow up on the production of all campaign assets (banners, emails, social media creatives, landing pages, promotional content, etc.) with internal teams and external agencies.
Sports Event Alignment: Stay highly informed about major sporting events, leagues, tournaments, and seasonal calendars in our key markets. Ensure marketing campaigns are timed and optimized around these events.
Process & Workflow Management: Work closely with marketing, design, content, analytics and sportsbook teams to ensure smooth end-to-end campaign execution while following company processes and approval workflows.
Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign timelines, highlight potential delays or risks early, and provide regular status updates to the team. Support other marketing operations and administrative tasks as needed.

Strong passion for sports and solid knowledge of major sporting events, leagues, and betting-relevant markets.
Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Good understanding of company processes and workflows (or quick learner who can rapidly adapt).
Previous experience in marketing coordination, project management, or campaign support is a strong advantage.
Highly detail-oriented with strong communication and follow-up skills.
