Що робити
- Leading onboarding and onboarding sessions
- Conducting PE/KE (Performance & Knowledge Evaluations) for employees
- Organizing internal technical talks and coordinating L&D activities with external experts
- Supporting the planning and organization of team buildings and company events
- Conducting exit interviews
Що очікуємо
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR role
- Hands-on experience with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle and HR best practices
- Experience in organizing team events or company activities is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
