Що робити
- Draft, review, and finalize international commercial agreements (NDA, NCA, NSA, SA, Supply/Purchase Agreements, License Agreements, Framework Agreements, SOWs etc.);
- Lead negotiations with international counterparties and partners;
- Provide legal support for cross-border transactions and projects;
- Advise business stakeholders on international legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
Що очікуємо
- Higher legal education;
- 5+ years of legal experience, including at least 2 years in international law;
- Strong negotiation and legal risk assessment skills;
- Practical experience using AI tools and process automation solutions;
- High level of responsibility, professional ethics, and attention to detail;
