Що робити
- Find new partnership opportunities, network, and reach out to the right people to bring strong offers to EPC
- Negotiate partnership terms, including payouts, budgets, caps, and exclusivity, with the support of senior team members
- Communicate daily with US-based BizDevs and partners, building long-term relationships
- Represent EPC at affiliate conferences and partner meetings, and turn new contacts into real partnerships
- Own the full cycle: Partner → Offer → Internal Priority → Traffic → Scale → Revenue
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, BizDev, or Sales
- Understanding of CPA/CPL models and key metrics is a plus — we’ll teach you the rest
- Commercial mindset: you constantly think about where the opportunity is, how to get a better deal, and how to scale
- Strong business communication and negotiation skills, confidence to talk to senior-level people as an equal
- Proactivity, ownership, and ability to influence both external partners and internal teams
