- Responsible for driving and maximizing revenues with assigned customers;

- Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers within the company;
- Continuously monitor customer feedback to anticipate business needs and relay them to the team;
- Regularly report on KPIs and account status updates to the Head of Account Management.

- Commercially minded, with strong analytical/numerical skills;
