Experience:
1–2 years of experience in manual testing of web applications
Experience with CRM, eCommerce, or other web-based projects is a plus
Basic understanding of web application architecture and testing principles
Testing Skills:
Ability to create test cases, checklists, and bug reports with consideration of business logic
Experience with core testing types:
Functional testing
Regression testing
Cross-browser testing
UI/UX testing
Basic experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger) and SDLC / STLC
Understanding of integrations (payment systems, CRM, third-party services)
Basic understanding of security testing is a plus
Tools & Technologies:
Bug tracking tools: Jira / Redmine or similar
Test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr) — nice to have
API tools: Postman / Swagger
Basic SQL knowledge (simple queries)
Confident use of browser DevTools
Experience with log analysis tools (e.g., Kibana) is a plus
Nice to Have:
Basic experience or understanding of test automation:
Selenium
Playwright
Understanding of performance testing:
Apache JMeter
Basic knowledge of blockchain or related projects
Understanding of eCommerce flows (cart, payments, user journeys)
Technical Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture
General understanding of how web applications work.
Soft Skills:
Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum team
Strong communication skills when working with developers and managers

Fast learner with adaptability to new tools and technologies.
