Що робити
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting at customer sites
- Provide Tier 1 help desk support to users
- Perform preventive maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Support the technical execution of training exercises
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of experience as an IT Technician or relevant technical education/certification
- Recent graduates with a relevant degree are welcome to apply
- Candidates without formal IT education but with hands-on technical experience and a strong interest in IT are also encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems and networks
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
