Що робити
- Provide first-line IT support for employees in Ukraine.
- Provide first-line support for hardware, Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and standard company applications.
- Record, manage, and follow up on support requests through the Helpdesk system.
- Prepare and configure laptops and user accounts for new employees.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes in cooperation with HR and hiring managers.
Що очікуємо
- Current residence in Ukraine.
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook and Teams.
- Understanding computer hardware, user accounts, permissions, networking, and VPN connectivity.
- Ability to install and configure standard business applications.
