Що робити
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software incidents, both remotely and in person, to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals in accordance with company standards
- Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and deletion, and assign appropriate permissions and access rights across various platforms
- Assist with the IT onboarding process for new hires, ensuring their equipment and accounts are set up and functional from day one
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides to assist staff with common issues
Що очікуємо
- Experience in troubleshooting macOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Basic experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and ticketing systems
- Basic scripting skills for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) will be a plus
