Що робити
- Assist in maintaining and supporting IT equipment (PCs, laptops, peripherals)
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and software
- Provide first-line technical support to employees (on-site and remote)
- Support Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.)
- Assist with user account management and access rights
Що очікуємо
- Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or Student)
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows; Linux is a plus)
- Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN — basic level)
- Willingness to learn and grow in System Administration
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Що пропонуємо
- Basic familiarity with cloud platforms
- Knowledge of automation tools (Make / Zapier) or scripting basics
- Experience with ticketing systems (Freshdesk, Jira, etc.)
