Your Tasks
As a Data Quality Manager and Support Agent at International Showtimes, you will have many exciting responsibilities. You will build with the management the data quality and support-related process for one of our products. You will work closely with other teams on important tasks and projects that will have a significant impact on the business. Your main responsibilities are to ensure a high data quality standard and to provide a great customer support experience. This role can also develop into a team lead role.
This role operates in the US time zone.
Responding to customer support requests via email (no phone/verbal contact)
Administration of data sets
Data research and data entry
Researching and resolving data errors
Development of new data quality concepts (KPIs, Benchmarks, etc.) and conducting the implementation phase
Creating data quality reports
Testing new tools and applications
You're offering these qualifications
Ideally, you studied business, computer science, or conducted a study in a related field
You're able to work the US time zone.
Ideally, you have an understanding of IT development and experience with SQL
Ideally, you have experience working in the customer support sector
You enjoy administering and cleaning data sets
You work accurately and deliver high-quality results with your analytical mindset
You do not fear challenges, you rather like to solve them with your own unique approach
You work independently, and you are reliable and accountable
You have a very good command of English
You are eager to learn new skills
You are friendly and open-minded
