The Team & Your Role
You will work in a growing and evolving IT Recruitment team (almost 30 people) that consists of recruiters, sourcers and recruitment operations specialists who help us move towards a data driven approach.
We work on a big number of positions with different technical stack, so you will definitely strengthen your skills as a versatile professional.
We have an opportunity to use almost all existing tools that help us in research and recruitment, plus we are always open to add something new.
We want to ground our predictions and forecasts on the analytics and statistics, so we constantly work on the design and configuration of our CRM.
Though we work from home, we stay in close communication with the team: run meetings, perform knowledge sharing events, trainings and team buildings.

What you will be doing here with us:
Proactively work with managers and leaders across the company to understand current and future recruitment needs
Perform full-cycle recruitment for all positions, including development of sourcing strategies and required budgets, screening candidates, preparing and facilitating for interviews, and the decision-making process;
Conduct executive searches and matching of qualified candidates through social media channels, job boards, company databases, and other resources;
Headhunting using online and offline sourcing techniques.
What we would like to see:
At least 6 months of commercial experience in a similar position in an IT industry
Intermediate level of English
Desire and motivation to develop in IT recruiting
Understanding of the IT technologies industry, market trends
Basic knowledge of programming technology differences
Experience in Google Boolean and x-Ray search
Knowledge of LinkedIn as a business tool
High level of self-organization and responsibility
Ability to learn fast, find and use new research tools, analytical mindset
Negotiation skills and of work with objections
Ability to learn quickly, multitasking performance
Diligence, proactivity, and responsibility
Will be a plus:
Completed IT Recruiting Courses
Good knowledge of MS Office and Internet tools/browsers
